We process registrations on a first-come, first-served basis, space is limited at some locations, and registrations are held on a tentative basis until paid.The charge for each 4 contact hour class, including a noon lunch, is $88 per person per class. Original copyrighted class materials are for the individual use of registered attendees only, and are not to be reproduced, acknowledgement of which conditions is made by attendee sign-in signatures. Any audio or video recording of classes is prohibited. Registration and payments are due 10 days prior to the event unless other arrangements have been made through our office (office hours 830-430, M-F). Should you need to cancel a reservation, a refund (less a $15 per person per class administration charge) or full credit toward a future seminar will be made only if a phoned, faxed or e-mailed cancellation is received at least 5 business days before the class date. No refunds will be made to "no-shows" or for “missed lunches” the day of the event. D.R. Wanless & Associates LLC reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, change the date or location of, cancel, or substitute instructors for a seminar if necessary. Every effort will be made to contact each registrant if a seminar must be cancelled or relocated. If for any reason a program is not held, our liability is limited to the refund of seminar fees only. Attendees who complete the entire seminar will receive their full contact hour certificates at the end of the seminar. Participants who arrive late or who must leave a seminar early for whatever reason will only receive partial contact hour credit. There is a $5 fee per certificate to replace & reissue lost or misplaced certificates, which are sent only by USPS mail.
