Our CPE classes are for Commonwealth of Virginia water AND wastewater treatment plant operators, including those individuals who are already licensed and those who are working on their licenses or just beginning in the water/wastewater field.
We do not have an on-line order form. To request a registration form, contact us at 336.538.2262 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may send the completed registration form back to us by e-mail, fax, or postal mail (D. R. Wanless & Associates, LLC, P O Box 655, Elon, NC 27244-0655).
You may pay by check, cash, or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment is due ten (10) days prior to the class date(s) unless other arrangements have been made by calling our office. If your facility wishes to use a purchase order, please contact us. To protect your personal information, we do not have an on-line order form. We are not affiliated with any third-party payers or on-line payment system.
All class materials are included in the class fee. Our original, copyrighted, class materials are for the individual use of the registered class attendee only, and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or re-presented. Audio recording of our classes is strictly prohibited.
Your lunch is included and is not a separate charge. We make all lunch arrangements ahead of time, including reserving space, paying up-front fees, and including you in the guaranteed lunch count we provide the restaurant/caterer. There is no "lunch refund" if you do not stay for lunch. If you are a vegetarian, please let us know ten (10) days before the class date so that we may accommodate you.
A note about snacks and beverages: We provide snacks and beverages during various breaks throughout the day. If you have a favorite snack or beverage (such as Twizzlers or Mountain Dew) that you just can't live without, you are welcome to bring it with you.
Yes! We keep complete records of every class you have ever taken with us. If you lost your certificate(s), we will re-create them for you for an up-front fee of $5 per certificate. Replacement certificates are first-class U.S. postal mailed, never e-mailed or faxed.
Your request is taken very seriously, and is honored immediately. If you call us back to say "I found them!" you still need to pay for the replacements you requested. Please look very carefully for those "lost" certificates before requesting replacements.
Please note: We do not fill out state audit forms on behalf of our class attendees and it would be unethical for us to do so. Any audit forms you receive from the state are your responsibility to complete and send in to the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We use first-class postal mail for our flyers. If you are not on our mailing list, please contact us with your home address. Once you're on the list, you will receive a new flyer in the mail at the end of each current flyer schedule. There's always something new to choose from. If your mailing address has changed or you are receiving multiple flyers, please let us know.
No and Yes. You cannot repeat a class during the same license cycle. You can take that class again once you're in a new license cycle. If you're ever uncertain about which class or classes you have already taken with us, please call or e-mail us and we will review your class records. We keep track of every class you take with us.
Should you need to cancel a reservation, a refund LESS A $15 PER PERSON PER CLASS ADMINISTRATION CHARGE, or full credit towards a future seminar will be made only if a phoned, faxed, or e-mailed cancellation is received at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS before the class date. No refunds or credits will be made to "no-shows" or for "missed lunches" the day of the event. If you are registered and unable to attend a class or classes, you *may assign someone else to attend in your place. *Substitute attendees are welcome.
